• Doesn’t work anymore

  After iPhone update iOS 14, the app is not working anymore. So camerasecurity system is worthless because you can’t check the video nor the realtime recording.
  Fix it as soon as possible please!

• IDMSS PLUS

  The app only works when the camera’s are approached via local wifi. Not via a 4G connection on my apple mobile phone.
  This wasn’t the case 2 months ago!
  This way the system is useless! Please fix ASAP!

• VTO Push is not working with new IOS

  The push notification from the VTO is still not working with this app on a iPhone/iOS.

• No push notifications

  Even after performing a full reset of my door intercom I get no notifications.
  Removed it from the app, reinstalled app and nothing.
  Enabled portforwarding in my router, pretty shamefull

• App lijkt steeds slechter te functioneren

  Waardeloos, op de macbook zijn sinds een paar maanden de beelden NIET meer uit te kijken en de app op de iPad lijkt steeds slechter te weken. Zit je dan met je dure camera’s! Woedend word ik hierom!

• Nice - but some work to do!

  Live view: since November update, the app seems to have trouble with showing all cams. Many times, 1 or 2 streams are black. Restarting the app solves this.
  Is it an idea to test the app thoroughly before releasing update after update?
  Playback: not sure how this is meant to work.
  IVS is inconsistent and scrolling through time seems to be buggy. Please focus on this and you have a winner!
  Please change the progress indicator (while waiting for the stream to start) to something more professional looking (e.g. slow rotating circle). This now looks a bit like a cheap toy app.
  What about releasing a manual that is up to date with the latest release? This would be a big help!

• The app is not working anymore!

  Hi iDMS! The app is (since last release) not loading and showing a preview. Can you please fix this, also quicker loading of the preview. First this was ok, but after many updates it is not working. The release before last was loading slow.
  Now iDMS lite is not working anymore either. Cant view my camera now. :-(

• Waardeloze app

  Heel even dot de app het, maar binnen één minuut stort het hele netwerk in. Het modem is minimaal 5 minuten weg voordat er weer signaal is.

• Performance slecht

  Mijn ervaring met de hardware is zeer goed. Prachtig beeld, veel functies en blijft jaren probleemloos werken. Software is daarentegen matig. Onlangs hebben ze deze app helemaal veranderd en nu is het realtime beeld (Preview) zeer slecht (korrelig en hakkelig). Als ik met een andere app mijn camerabeelden bekijk dan is de beeldkwaliteit veel beter en vloeiend (zoals het hoort). Ook duurt het veel langer voordat mijn camera’s beelden geven in de preview modus.

  Na de nieuwe update is het nog steeds niet mogelijk om de 2e deur te openen.
  Wanneer je de app handmatig opent is er geen probleem maar wanneer er aangebeld wordt en je opent de app door op je push bericht te drukken kan ik geen selectie meer maken voor deur 1 of 2 graag oplossen !
